Tucked away on Charleston’s bustling upper King Street, above Maya, The Cocktail Club is an upscale lounge dedicated to the art of the craft cocktail. An extensive selection of house-made infusions, rare liquors, and farm-to-shaker beverages features fresh-squeezed juices and modern ingredients. The interior in the historic 1881 building has been cleverly crafted from reclaimed wood structures, fireplaces, original beams, and salvaged doors. The club’s rooftop terrace offers a more modern escape, with a custom garden that provides fresh garnishes for Charleston’s most creative couture cocktails.
The Cocktail Club occupies 2,500 square feet on the second floor of a historic Upper King Street building. The custom bar is made of reclaimed wood salvaged from the original structure, which dates back to 1881. Exposed walls showcase original beams and doors. Three lounge areas feature leather couches, chairs, fireplaces, modern lighting, and wood barrel accents, creating a rustic ambience for enjoying a craft cocktail or two.
