During the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, we were honored to host a number of industry professionals not only behind our bar, but at our bar, throughout the week.

Our festival began with our “Kill the Liquor Reps” pop-up on Wednesday, March 2, where Hallie Arnold of Breakthru Beverage, Sarah Martin of Dixie Vodka, Morgan Chapman of Advintage Distributing and Sanders Monsees of Cathead Distillery took over the bar and served four top-notch cocktails. All proceeds were donated to Lowcountry Street Grocery, a mobile farmers’ market servicing all of Charleston with the specific social mission of providing access to healthy, local produce and nutritional education.


On Thursday, March 3, the festivities continued with our “Bar Takeover with Benjamin Wood.” Ben visited us from Distilled NY, a New American Public House serving redefined regional dishes and cocktails within an approachable communal setting. During the pop-up, Ryan Welliver of The Cocktail Club served three cocktails and Ben served three of his own craft cocktails that made your taste buds sing. As with the pop-up the afternoon before, all proceeds from this event were also donated to Lowcountry Street Grocery.
